Account Deletion Request

 

Introduction

iCentra Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and associated data from our App, please follow the steps below. Please note that this process is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently deleted.

 

  1. Access Account Settings

Open the iCentra Pty Ltd app on your device. In the app, navigate to the Settings.

 

  1. Locate Account Deletion Option

On the Settings page, scroll down or look for the “Delete Account” or “Account Deletion” option.

 

  1. Understand the Consequences

Before proceeding, take a moment to review the consequences of deleting your account. This action will permanently lose all your data, including your profile information, preferences, and any content associated with your account.

 

  1. Confirm Account Deletion

To proceed with the account deletion, you will be asked to confirm your decision. Depending on the app’s design, you may be required to re-enter your account password to prevent accidental deletions.

 

  1. Finalize Deletion Request

After confirming your decision, click/tap on the “Delete Account” or “Confirm Deletion” button.

 

  1. Receive Confirmation

Upon successful account deletion, you will receive a confirmation message via email or within the app. This confirmation will indicate that your account and data have been permanently removed from our system.

 

Additional Information

– Account deletion may take some time to process, and your data may remain in our backup systems for a limited period as part of our data retention policies.

– If you change your mind and want to rejoin our app, you must create a new account.
